PHYSICAL TOUCH-POINT

  • Connect with any of the nearest Bharat BilPay agent outlet or bank branch or any Bharat BillPay service point
  • Mention the name and the type of the biller e.g. Electricity biller, post-paid biller for which the bill is to be paid
  • Basis on input parameters, the agent/ concerned person will check your details
  • Verify and re-check the amount to be paid and consumer can pay through cash/card etc. whichever is accepted at the particular agent outlet/branch/Aadhar Payments etc.
  • The agent outlet/branch initiates the final payment for the bill.
  • The consumer gets an instant confirmation of the bill paid through a physical bill receipt with Be-assured mark& SMS is sent to the consumer’s mobile number for the successful transaction.

DIGITAL

  • Login/Connect at any Bank/non-bank application (e.g. website-net banking/app/wallet) with the Bharat BillPay icon or B icon under BillPay or Bill Payments tab
  • Consumer can select the category e.g. Electricity biller, post-paid biller and the biller for which the bill is to be paid.
  • Basis on input of key parameters, Consumer will get his bill details
  • Consumer to Verify and re-check the amount to be paid and consumer can pay through net-banking/wallet/UPI/ card etc. whichever option is accepted at the particular site/app.
  • The consumer gets an instant confirmation on the screen mobile/web with Be-assured logo and SMS is sent to the consumer’s mobile number for the successful transaction.
